Returns

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us via email at info@tinyroo.co.uk.

In your email please explain the reason for the return (i.e. faulty product, wrong order sent etc).

If the return is accepted and due to a faulty product or wrong order then we will email you a return shipping label. If your query is due to suction then please ensure you are using your product on a flat, non porous surface or items will not be eligible for return.

For returns we use Royal Mail so you will just need to package up the item as carefully as you can and take it to your local Post Office. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is due to a change of mind you will have to pay the return postage and you will need to send it back to us via your preferred shipping method. Please ensure that you package up the item as carefully as you can. Once the item has been received, provided its in its original unworn and unused condition,  you will receive your refund within 2 business days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
