Please be sure to inspect products regularly and discard at any sign of wear and tear. Our products are not toys.  Always check for wear and tear before each use to ensure safety.

By purchasing from Tiny Roo, you are buying agreeing to buy ‘as is’. If after inspection you notice that there is any damage to your Tiny Roo products you must contact us at info@tinyroo.co.uk to arrange a return. Returns information can be found in our returns section.

By agreeing to these safety terms you acknowledge that Tiny Roo cannot be held responsible or liable for any damage, claims, loss, injury, costs, expenses, professional fees and any other liability resulting out of the improper use or care of any of our products or the failure to properly supervise any baby or child.  Tiny Roo waives responsibility for usage of the product once it leaves our hands.
